Run No. 166 a. is held under license to Ist January, 1882, at a rent of two-pence per acre, equivalent to twoApence or three-pence per sheep. Run No. 415, adjoining, is under licence to 19th July, 1879, at a rent of £5 per annum. The Station contains in all 66,520 acres, of which 30,000 are first-class winter country. It will carry all the year round 25,000 sheep ; being well bounded and fenced, it is worked with three men.
