Runs No. 166 a,, & No. 415, Southland Province.* THE Undersigned are instructed by Messrs Ayxmeb & Co. to make private sale, for - delivery in March, of WAIRAKI STATION/ Situate in the Waiau District of the Province of Southland, together with all stock thereon. Run No. 166 a. is held under license to Ist January, 1882, at a rent of two-pence per acre, equivalent to twopence or three-pence per sheep. Run No. 415, adjoining, is under licence to 19th July, 1879, at a rent of £5 per annum. The Station contains in all 66,520 acres, of which 30,000 are first-class winter country. It will carry all the year round 25,000 sheep j being well bounded and fenced, it is worked with three men. There will go with the Station the flocks now mining there — first-class sheep— all bred in the country, namely, 7 000 BWBS (mostly young.) 4,000 WETHERS. 3,500 HOGGETS. 4,000 LAMBS - And 3 Horses, 12 Bullocks, besides Drays,.
