The bushranger Duigan, who publicly announced his intention of " stickingI up " Mr "Walter Montgomery on his recent trip up country, is reported as in custody at Benalla. Mr Montgomery offered a reward of £25 for his capture, so that, in addition to ridding the couni try of a pest, the police will have the satisfaction of pocketing a substantial reward for their exertions^
