THE Undersigned are instructed, by Messrs Atlmeb & Co. to make' private saliß, for delivery in March, of WAIBAKI STATION, Situate in the Waiau District of the Province of Southland, together with all stock thereon. Eun No. 166 a. is held under license to Ist January, 1882, at a rent of two-pence per acre, equivalent to two-pence or three-pence per sheep. Eun No. 415, -Ajoining, is under licence to 19th July, 1879, at a rent of £5 per annum. . The Station contains in all 66,520 acres, of which 30,000 are first-class winter country. < It will carry all the year round 25,000 sheep ; being well bounded and fenced, it is worked with three men.
