Per Gothenburg, for North — 3 in steerage. Per Tararua, for North — Saloon : Miss Morton, Messrs Morton, Packham, Cogan, Sutherland, M'Quillan, and 4 in steerage. The s.s. Gothenburg, Capt. Underwood, left Hobson'B Bay at 4 p.m. on the 27th ult., passed Port Phillip Heads at 7 p.m., and Swan Island at 7 a.m. next day. Experienced fine weather during the passage, and made the S.W. Cape at 4 p.m. on the Ist inst., and entered Bluff Harbor at daylight on the 2nd. The Gothenburg brings the New Zealand portion of the English mail, and about 70 tons cargo for Bluff. The P.N.Z. & A.X.M. Co.'s s.s. Tararua, J. Hagley, Commander, cleared Port Phillip Heads at 7.30 p.m. on the 28th ult. ; had strong westerly winds during the passage ; eased engines at night of the 2nd inst., and arrived at the Bluff at 7.30 a.m. She brings 100 tons of cargo and 10 passengers, and carries a large quantity of stock and passengers for other ports. Spoke the ship .Royal Dane, from Melbourne for London, at 7 pan. on the 30th ult. «.
