ARRIVAL OF THE "LORD ASHLEY," WITH THE ENGLISH MAIL AT BLUFF HARBOR.

Mataura arrived in harbor at 9 a.m. She left Panama on the 21st October* arrived at Opara ou the Bth November, and left on the 10th. • On the 24th October, Wm Johnston, a fireman, fell from the rail into the sea. He was not missed till to late to save him. "When leaving Oparo, J. Smith, a seaman, fell overboard trom the forecastle. Every effort made' to save him unavailed.
