It will be necessary that each tender be accompanied with a preliminary deposit of £50 for the former, and £100 for the latter contract. i Drawings and Specifications may be seen at j I this office, or at the office of Mr T. BLACKLOCK, Provincial Secretary. £1000 EEWAED. rpHE above Eeward will be given by the Provincial Government for. the discovery of a GOLDFIELD in the Province of Southland, within twelve months from the date hereof, which shall, within a period of six months, yield not loss than 8000 czs. of gold, or £500 reward for the discovery of a Goldfield outside the boundaries of the Province, yielding within the same period 8000 ozs. of gold, from which it will derive a direct and exclusive commercial benefit.
