She was shown by that gentleman, and took eight first-class prizes ; then Sent to London, and competed against the world, beating all competitors. Was purchased by R. Q. Kermode, Esq., of Tasmania, and acknowledged to be the best Clydesdale mare ever imported into Tasmania. Dam, " Rose," by the celebrated horse "Prince," grand dam, " Flower," imported into Tasmania by R. Q. Kermode, Esq., the breeder of the finest horses in that Colony. Terms, £4.
