NICHOLAS GEORGE OLAYTOH, SURVEYOR, DECEASED, TITHISUANT to an Aot made and psaaod by i the General Assembly of Hew Zealand, intitled "The Trustee Belief Aot, 18R2,' Notice is hereby Given, that all the Creditors aiu« others having claims or demands upon or again?t the estate of NICHOLAS GEORGE C&AY ; TON, formerly of Tasmania, afterwards ol Southland, New Zealand, and lately of the Province of Auokland, New Zealand, who died on or about the 23rd day of April, 1867, are hereby required to send in their claims and demands to Johit Blackxook, or Henry Kenxon, of Inveroargill, in the Province of Southland, New Zealand, Trustees of the estate and effects of the deceased, on or before the 3lst day of December next. And Notice i 3 also hereby Given, that after that date the said Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the j parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which such Trustees shall then have notice j and they will not bt, liable for any assets, or any part thereof, bo distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice.
