Southland.'lst July 1868. npENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of the 30th of SEPTEMBER, 1868, for the Winton Contract, for completion of about 15f miles of the Oreti Railway. Drawings and specifications may be seen at the Superintendent's Office, Invercargill, or at the office of Mr Paterson, Engineer, Dunedin, on and after the 15th July inst.
