Messbs Rbtnoids & Co. have therefore to announce that arrangements have been made to publish a work of the above description. The first number will appear in December next. As a work of reference to the business portion of the community, the importance of a reliable Directory cannot be over-estimated. The farming community will find useful and necessary information contained in the proposed work, and aa a guide book to nautical men, in obtaining sailing directions, tides, signals, &c, the Directory will supply a long-felt want. The volume will contain an epitome of the history and position of the Province, its resources, acreage, land regulations, and further information of general interest. As the expense of compiling a work of this nature will be considerable, the Publishers solicit the liberal support of the inhabitants of the Province. REYNOLDS & CO., Publishers.
