Public REYNOLDS' gOUTHLAND ALMANAC AND DIRECTORY,. TOB i a 6 9. A desire has been very generally expressed for the publication of an Annual Almanac and Directory for this Province. MtfSBBS Reynolds & Co. have therefore to announce that arrangements have been made to ' publish a work of the above description. The first number will appear in December next. As a work of reference to the business portion of the community, the importance of a reliable j Directory cannot be over-estimated. The farming community will find useful and necessary informetion contained in the proposed work, and as a guide book to nautical men, in obtaining sailing directions, tides, signals, &c., the Directory will supply a long-felt want. The volume will contain an epitome of the history and position of the Province, its resources, acreage, land regulations, and further information of general interest. As the expense of compiling a work of this nature will be considerable, the Publishers solicit the liberal support of the inhabitants of the Province. REYNOLDS & CO., Publishers.
