The P.N.Z. and A.R.M. Company's b.s. ; Tararua, Jas. Hagley commander, pasßed through Port Phillip Heads at 5.20 pm. on 28th ult; experienced strong southerly gales, with a terrific sea, which had so increased on the eTening of Ist inst, that the engines were slowed, (there being tome valuable sheep on board,) at daylight on the following morning started at full speed, and arrived at "wharf at 1 p.m. on 2nd.
