Pbidat, JULY 24th. The real business of the session has not yet commenced in this House. PARLIAMENTARY REPORTS. Mr DiLLiOff BeiiL complained of the unreliable nature of the parliamentary reports. The hon. member characterised them in many instances as almost unspeakable nonsense. INTSRPRErATION BILL. The Interpretation Bill was read a third time and passed. PAWNBROKERS BILL. The Pawnbrokers License Bill was read a third time and passed. MORTGAGE ON STOCK REGISTRATION BILL. The Mortgage on Stock Begistration Bill was read a second time. The House adjourned at 5 p.m. ;
