"_____jKLjCL_gLX-gLJB __ WE should feel obliged to our New Zealand contemporaries, if instead of sending loose files of papers by the steamers, they would enclose them in a wrapper, addressed to the Shipping Reporter of the Southland Times, Bluff Harbor. For sometime past our files of Northern papers have come to hand very irregularly, although files of this journal are punctually placed on board the oufc-going steamers. We have received com-nunieations from the proprietors of various journals stating that fall files were regularly sent by each steamer for thi3 office. If any of our contemporaries fail to receive complete files of this journal, we should be glad to be informed of the same, with the name of the steamer that should have delivered them.
