VENEZUELA.
Official advices received at Paris from Venezuela state that a serious conflict had arisen between tho Congress and General Falcon. Armed men, partisans of General Falcon, forced their way into the Chamber of Deputies, the members of which withdrew after making a protest. The United States bate demanded reparation for . the insults offered to the government at Caracas, The American agents have granted a delay of ten days; to obtain all the necessary information Y before presenting a definite ultimatum:
