I Pabis, May Bth. It is denied that the French Ambassador at St. Petersburg had had a consultation with the Kussian Minister of Foreign Affairs, in regard to the Eastern question. France has suddenly broken off all diplomatic relations with the Government of Tunis. The amount of specie in the Bank of France has increased during the past week to the extent of 14,000,000 franca. The German Commercial Treaty, recently made with Spain, has been ratified by the North German Diet. Tho South German States threaten to leave the Customs Diet in case the address issued by the " Party of German Unity " should receive any consideration at the hands ot the Zollverein. Mr Bancroft, the American Minister, is urging the Bavarian Government to join in the Naturalisation Treaty which was recently concluded between North Germany and the United States.
