Government Advertisements NOTICE. Tl/rONDAY, the 25th inst., will be observed as a Public Holiday in the Provincial Government Offices, in celebration of Her Majesty's Birthday. By order, W. H. THENDERS will be received at this office until noon on FRIDAY, the 29th May, for the lease of fifty acres of Land at the Mataura Ford, on the road leading to Switzers. Also,— For fifty acres at the Otamita, on the Sheep Reserve, on the Mataura River, on Mr Wentworth's run, with obligation to build and keep up in accordance with the Licensing Ordinance, a House of Accommodation at each place. WANTED a TENANT or TENANTS for TWO THOUSAND ACEES Of Land, to be selected from the Crown Lands in the Province of Southland, at such place as the tenant or tenants shall point out. Application to be made in writing, before the 30th day of MAY inst., stating — the locality in which the selection may be proposed to be made — the term of years for which the land may be required — the rent proposed to be given — the improvements, if any, proposed to be made, and such other particulars as shall, to the applicant seem desirable, to I.
