The California, Oregon, and Mexico Steamship Company have concluded a contract with the Mexican Government by which the company is to establish and keep running two lines of steamships — one from San Francisco, to Mexican ports in the Ghilf of California and to Mazatlan, and the other from Mazatlan to Mexican ports south oi that point.
