Kii6sell and M'Collough held a sale of property at their rooms, in Dee-street, on Saturday last ; there was a very good attendance considering the boisterous state of the -weather, but bidders were rather scarce. Only one lot of the winter pro-perties-was sold, a settion of 88 acres, one and frhalf miles from the township, brought 27s per acre ; two sections unimproved on Kichmond grove of half acre each found a purchaser at £20 each.
