A veterinary surgeon named Clarke, who has been puzzling the public for some time past by advertising for sale an article which he calls " Clarke's Hoplemaroma," has now come out with " Clarke's j^eurasfchenipponskelesterizo." The Duke of Beaufort bears witness that the latter medicine is very good for strains, and a livery stable keeper at Cheltenham, writes to Mr Clarke, saying, " Please send me another gallon of that crack-jaw leej lotion of yours." It is to be hoped that Mr Clark's bills are not as long and as incomprehensible as "the names of bis medicines.— ' Pall Mall Gazette.'
