WILLIAM TODD will submit to public competition, in his rooms, Dee-street, on the above date, at 12 o'clock, the CHARLESTON STEAM SAWMILLS. The Engine is of 20-horse power, with Belts, Saws, and Spindles, together with every necessary appliance for the working of the same. The Mill will cut 1000 feet of timber per hour. There is an almost unlimited supply of timber within 25 chains of the Mills. The Tramway will be sold n connection with the above.
