Taxlob, Esq., to offer for Sale by Auction, in his Rooms, Riverton, on Wednesday, 29th April next, at 2 p.m., the whole of that highly improved and beautifully situated Freehold Property, known as " W A L D E C K ." This property, situated on the south-west bank of the Aparima, close to Riverton, consists of about 58 acres of rich, open, and forest hind, has a most substantially-built House, containing 14 rooms, Greenhouse, Dairy, Milking-shed, and Outhouses, together with a large Garden and Shrubbery containing a rare collection of Fruit and Ornamental Trees, and is the most eligible Marine Residence in Southland. ' Also, The whole of that Valuable Freehold Estate consisting of about 1700 acres of rich arable land, having nearly two miles frontage on the western branch of Jacob's River, well fringed with good bush on three sides, and watered by two navigable creeks, which intersect the land, naturally dividing it into paddockß.
