Per Otago from Northern Ports. — Messrs Langlands, M'Gregor, Paterson, Lowe, Jackson, Hewitt ; Mis 3 Langlands, Miss Atcheßon, and 6 n the steerage. Per Otago for Melbourne. — Messrs Ross and Cuff; Miss Frederick, and 8 in the steerage. The Otago left Port Chalmers at 5 p.m. on the 22nd, and arrived at the Blnff at 1-30 p.m on the 23rd, had heavy head winds all along the coast.
