Taylor, Esq., to offer for sale by Auction, at the Club Hotel, Tnvercargill, on Monday, the 2nd March next, at 3 p.m., the whole of that highly improved and beautifully-situated Freehold Property, known as «W A L D EC K." This property, situated on the south- west bank of the Aparima, close to Riverton, consists of about 58 acres of rich open and forest land, has a most substantially-built house, containing 14 rooms, greenhouse, dairy, milking-shed, and outhouses, together with a large garden and shrubbery, containing a rare collection of fruit and ornamental trees — and is the most eligible marine residence in Southland.
