This property, situated on the Bouth- west bank of the Aparima, close to Riverton, consists of about 58 acres of rich open and forest land, has a most substantially-built house, containing 14 rooms, greenhouse, dairy, milking-shed, and [ outhouses, together with a large garden and shrubbery containing a rare collection of fruit and ornamental trees— and is the most eligible marine residence in Southland. Axso, — The whole of that valuable Freehold Estate, consisting of about 1600 acres of rich arable land, having nearly two miles frontage on the westenr branch of Jacob's River, well fringed with good bush on three sideß, and watered by two navigable creeks, which intersect the land, naturally dividing it into paddocks.
