A defensive alliance has been arrived at "between Belgium and Holland. It is rumoured that the Dutch are alarmed at the designs of Bismirck. The Empress Charlotte is visited daily by the King and Queen of Belgium. The unfortunate Empress is greatly improved in health of mind and body.
