ARRIV AL OF THE "RANGITOTO" WITH THE ENGLISH MAIL AT BLUFF HARBOR.
(From the Argus, January 18.) The Bombay brings intelligence of the alterations in the mail arrangements. In future the mail will leave England eveiy four, weeks, giving thirteen mails i yearly. The next mail leaves Sydney on the 2nd of February. There will be' no mail on the 24th January.
