No entries will be received for any of the Races except upon these conditions, that all claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or a majority of them, whose decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the above programme shall be finaL S.R.C. No person will be allowed to enter or run ' sV horse unless the latter be qualified as the bona: fide property of a subsbriber of 3 soys. to the Bace Fund — unless he be a member ofthe Southland Eacing Club, when 1 soy. shall qualify. All entries must be sealed and addressed to the Stewards (entrance money enclosed), with name age, pedigree, ofthe horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. - : Three horses to be entered, or no public money will be added.
