He will also Travel to EIVEETON and HALF-WAY BUSH (On East Road), Thane of Clyde is a rich dapple bay, six years old, standing sixteen and a-half hands high, good tempered, and uncommonly activej and has an excellent constitution. His sire is the celebrated horse Wallace, bred by Thomas Young, Esq., of Beille, Renfrewshire. Grandsire— the far-famed and well-known horse Surprise, bred by Mr. Murdoch, Lanarkshire. Large Paddock, well grassed and watered, provided for Mares at Wallacetown. Every care taken of mares, but no responsibility. TERMS— FOUR GUINEAS EACH MARE. One in Seven Given in. The Thorough-bred imported Entire, ; "YOUNG PANI C." Yovtso- Panic— by " Panic " (imported) , out of "Lady of the Lake," by "Conrad;" dam by " Peter Finn," out of an imported Arab Mare. "Panic," by "Alarm;" his dam by "Melbourne," out of "Birthday," by "Pantaloon;" out of "Honoria," by " Camel." " Panic," the Sire of " Young Panic," is one of the best performers on the Victorian Turf, being the winner of the Launceston Champion Race of 1865, and of several fast races in Victoria. For other particulars see Victorian Ruff's Guide. "Young Panic" is a rich brown, with black points ; stands 15£ hands high ; is four years old, and of good temper. TERMS: FOUR GUINEAS. A large paddock is provided free of charge, containing 5000 acres, securely fenced, well grassed and watered. Every care taken, but without responsibility. All charges to be paid before removal of mares. Mares left at Prince of Wales Hotel, Invercargill, will be forwarded to the station. GKLENFIELD STAECH. Exclusively used in the Royal Laundry. By Special Appointment. STAECH PUEYEYOE TO HEE EOTAL HIGHNESS THE PEINCESS OF WALES. THE best proofs of the greatest superiority of this Starch are the numerous distinguishing marks of approval which have been accorded to it from all quarters, amongst those may be mentioned the following, viz. : — It is exclusively used in the Royal Laundry, AND Her Majesty's Laund^es says it is the finest Starch she ever used. . Honourable mention was awarded at the Great Exhibition in London, in 1851. A Prize Medal was awarded for it at the New York Exhibition in 1853 ; and A Prize Medal was also awarded to it at the International Exhibition in London, THE GLENFIELD STARCH Has continued to increase rapidly. The Manufacturers have every confidence in asserting, that if those ladies and laundresses who do not regularly use this Starch would disregard the advice of interested dealers, who are allowed extra profits on inferior articles, and give it a fair trial, they would then feel satisfied with the very superior-finish which it imparts to laces, linens, ; muslins, &c., the great saving of trouble in its ! application, and the entire absence of disappointment with the results, and would for the future, like '-_.... - I
