HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to authorize The Census Enumeeatoes, in the various Provinces of the Colony, a notification of whose appointments appears in this Gazette, to frank and receive, freefrom pre-payment of postage, for a period of six months from this date, letters and packets addressed from or to them " On Census Business Only." IN virtue of the powers delegated to the Postmaster- General, by his Excellency the Governor, the following appointments have been made in the Postal Service of the Colony. T. M. Henry Burrows, to be Postmaster at Gore, from 13th June, 1867. John L. M'Donald, to be Postmaster at Q*epulri, from Ist August, 1867.
