HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to authorize The Census Enumeeatoes, in the various Provinces of the Colony, a notification of whose appointments appears in this Gazette, to frank and receive, freefrom pre-payment of postage, for a period of six months from this date, letters and packets addressed from or to them " On Census Business Only."
