The Haote, Sept. 21. The Minister of Finance has brought forward his Budget for 1868. The expenditure is estimated at ninety-eight millions (of fran<s3?), of which twelve millions are for railways. The expenditure if balanced by the revenue, of which the ordinary receipts are estimated at serentytwo millions. As there will be no extraordinary redemption of public debt, there will be no increased taxation, and no addition to the debt. The construction of railways and the improvement of the national defences will be continued.
