New Zealnd Times stopped; called creditors meeting. 700 oz., of gold have been received in Auckland, the produce of two claims. The New Zealand Banking Company's report says :— £44,054 3s 3d profit for half year i and declares a dividend of 17 per cent, with £2,000 additional reserve fund, or total of £16,118 6s 4d.
