SAILED. Oct. SO, 11 a.m.— Omeo, s.s., for West Coast.
The §.b. Airedale left Manakau on the 18th Octoher, and armed at Taranaki on the morning of the 19th ; left again same day, and arrived at Nelson on the morning of the 20th. Left Nelson at soon on the 21st, and arrived at Picton at 8 a.m. on the 22nd, Left for Wellington at 9 a.m., and arrived same day at 3 p.m. Left Wellington on the 29th, at 5 p.m. ; arrived at Lyttelton on tho 27th, at 1 p.m. Left again on the 28th, at 8 p.m., and arrived at Port Chalmers at 8.30 p.m. on the evening of the 29th ; left Port Ohalmera at fi.6o p.m. on the evening of the 30th, and arrived at Bluff Harbor at 10.10 a.m- on the morning of the 31st. Left the Bluff 4.10 p.m. for HoMtika. She was detained at Lyttelton -waiting the arrival of the St Kilda, with the Panama mail, which she brought on. Experienced fresh southerly winds from Banks Peninsula to Port Chalmers, which has caused her to make rather a longer passage than usual.
