House of Representatives agreed to amendment —preamble. Council conceded amendment of enacting clauses. Representatives obtain the substance and Council have the shadow. ■ ' The Kaikoura delayed to take decision Wellington, Wednesday. —Business finished. Prorogation to-morrow. Most of the members have sailed by the Tararua ; the others leave by the Taranaki to-morrow.
