NAPOI/EOK AJfD THE KINO OF PfitTSSIA.. — . It was noticed that while Napoleon and Alexander embraced on parting, Napoleon and William only shook hands. Since then the runior has become cnrrent in Paris that the relations between the sovereigns of Prance and Prussia have become anything but cordial. This unfriendliness has been increased by a recent interview between Napoleon and the Grand Duke of Baden. The Emperor expressad himself with some energy against the contempleted arrangement by ■which the Prussian garrison at Luxemburg was to be sent to Rastadt. and expressed the hope that the relations between the Grand Duke and the King of Prussia would not become so intimate as to excite the apprehensions of France. The Grand Duke, who, by the way is son-in-law of King William, replied that it was impossible for bin to resist the pressura of public opinion in favour of an intimate union between the Duchy and Prussia, and that however desirous ho might be to avoid wounding the susceptibilities of France, he had neither the power nor, indeed, the will to prevent that union. This is rather a serious blow for France. The frontiers of Baden and France are for a considerable distance coterminous, the Rhine being the common frontier. Standing on the bridge of boats at Kehl the traveller may have one foot in Germany and the other in France. The Berlin correspondent of the " Independance Beige" adds that the general belief in the Prussiau capital is, that the relations between France ftn4 Prussia are by no x»e_&n§ satisaetory,
