HorsesHE UNDERSIGNED wishes to inform Squatters, Farmers, and Breeders of Horses, that he has just returned from Tasmania by the " Omeo " with a few choice Mares, Entire horse, &c, which are now open for inspection at Royal George Livery Stables, Dee-street ; and which, if not sold by private contract, will be submitted to public competition on Saturday, the 28th inst. A fair trial of any Horse will be given. The lot consists of I.— Brown mare, "Flower,', 5 years (heavy in foal to "Lincolnshire Hero." 2.— Chestnut mare, ."Darby," 6 years. 3.— Chestnut mare, " Dolly," 6 .years, (both in foal to " Sir Colin Campbell." 3.— Grey Gelding, "Turpin," 5 years, splendid worker. Also the Entire Horse, "YOUNG CLYDE." Young Clyde" by "Old Clyde;" dam, " Flower," by " Champion j" grand-dam, imported mare— was bred in Tasmania by j a mes Griffin, Esq., is 5 years old. a rich dapple^ gay ; Btands 16£ hands high ; has fine flat bon c . v ery muscular, with superior action, and exc ee( jj n gly quiet temper, is staunch in harness, and g guam"a ra n " teed a sure foal getter. " Old Clyde" i mpo rted into Tasmania from Scotland by R. Q. Kermode> Esq., was winner of eleven first prize 8 j n Scotland, against all comers, acknowledged by competent judges to be the best Clydesdale ever imported into Tasmania. Dam, "Flower," by celebrated imported horse, " Champion." Granddam, "Rose," imported into Tasmania by Dr Wilmore, the breeder of the finest horses in that colony. HENRY BURROWS.
