* The colonial bales catalogued to June 21 numbered 141,945. The sales were active. Only 43,000 bales were unsold. All descriptions of faulty were id lower, and not in inquiry. For best wools the prices were firm, and there* was a -good demand at nearly the March rates. Yorkshire and Canadian purchasers bought largely. The manufacturers are in better employment, and higher prices, and a general improvement are anticipated.
