'TT7'HEREAS John Macpherson of InvercargiU • ' ' aforesaid owner of the ship Ella Gladstone hath brought an action against you the said Charles Dopping Irvine in Our Supreme Court of New .Zealand wherein he complains that you have wrongfully by force. removed certain .Timber from the Mokomoko Jetty and refused to pay the freight for the said timber. We therefore do strictly inform you and. command you the said Charles Dopping Irvine William Henderson Calder and James Blacklock and a ll , and every the persons before ineniioned under peril of the further process of the said Court that you and every of you do absolutely desist from cutting or using- in the erection of the O^eti Bridge situated at the Oreti Eeriy on the Riverton Road or in otherwise, injuring, or in auy way removing or using the timber imported on account of the said Charles Dopping Irvine by the Ships or Vessels called the Swordfish arid E'la Gladstone until our said Court shall make order to the contrai/ hereof.
