The barque Collingwood has shipped the whole of the heavy machinery, ex Thorndean, for the Bluff. She will probably sail tomorrow. Amongst the machinery there are three steam ploughs, in pieces, the aggregate weight of each being seventyfire tons. They are the property of the New Zealand Land Investment Company (limited), and are to be used on the Company's farms in Southland.
