The West Coast trade is unsatisfactory ; prices are low, and little or no demand exists. High conditioned bullocks are I only saleable at 6d per lb, and no great demand even at reduced rates; no large number is on sale. The selling price is now 15b per head, with an upward tendency. There is no great quantity convenient to the market to be procured. Horses — no demand. : # Station Properties— Several good properties are in' the' market without meeting with' purchasers, buyers exercising extreme caution; in fact, such ia the depression in the money market, that almost nothing but the necessaries of life are changing hands.
