Botteb. Ik Ten Minutes. — We read that an atmospheric churn has been invented by a Mr Emrie, of Perth, by which butter can be produced from sweet milk in the course of ten minutes, but what is more strange Btill is the fact that the milk after churning is perfectly sweet and fit for use. These results are produced by atmospheric action ; air being forced into«fche midst of the milk in the cylinder in "intermittent or continuous currents," by which means the globules containing the butter are OX** psnded, opened, and tbo butto? liberated.
