Mabbibd by Mistake. ' — The " Detroit Union" says: — "Last evening, Edward Thaycr and Miss Helen P. Jcllinan, attended by Mr Austin Humphrey and Annie E Grause, went to St. .Paul's Church, the former couple to get married, and the latter to act as groomsman and bridesmaid. They all stood up before the altar, and the officiating clergyman, tiie Rev Mi 1 Dunn, supposing that both couples wero to bo married requested the gentlemen to join hands with their respective ladies, which was done, and in a very .short space of time the .four were made two. The situation being fully realised by the latter couple, they concluded to accept what they could not very well help, and ail adjourned to their boarding house . quite well pleased with the preacher' d mistake, • . . :
