Yesterday the Provincial Treasurer gave notice that on Monday he would move certain resolutions relative to existing relations with the General Government. The Council stands adjourned till that date (Monday.) A Hokitika telegram just received announces that a great rush had taken place to "Woodstock, 8 miles off. A township was already laid out. Mr Stafford had requested the Hon. John Hall to come to Otago. He was expected to arrive in a iew da,yo. The Wardens at Clyde and Cromwell refuse to disobey the General Government. In other districts oDinion is divided.
