The following is taken from the " Argus" of the 13th April :— London, March 7. Latest price of consols, 90| to 71, both for money and the account. Discount 2f to 2|. The best bills are a shade lower. The demand for money is moderate. The v wool sales are dull, at a decline of l^d on Port Phillip sorts, as was predicted by traders. Sydney and Cape sorts are about late rates. Tallow, Is to Is 3d per cwt. lower. Oil. — Small sales of Sydney cocoanut at 465.
