Colonel Haultain is laid up with dysentry and rhuematism, at Poverty Bay. The other banks in Auckland have guarantee! the liabilities of .the Bank of Auckland—depositors satisfied. The head quarters of the 57th regiment embarked for Great Britain on the 10th inst.
