TI7HEREAS Thomas Walker of Sydney in the '* "Colony of New South Wales gentleman hath brought an action against you the said James Laird Morison George Laird Morison Henderson Law and John Squires and Thomas Denniston and William Jameson both of Invercargill aforesaid sheep farmers carrying on business together there under the firm or style of " Denniston and Jameson" in our Supreme Court of New Zealand wherein he complains that you the said James Laird Morison George Laird Morison Henderson, Law and John Squires are wrongfully preparing to sell and dispose of certain sheep lately or now upon a certain run in the Province of Southland called or known as the " Hillend Run" We therefore do strictly enjoin and command you the said James Laird Morison George Laird Morison Henderson Law and John Squires and all and every the persons before mentioned under peril of the further process of the said Court that you the said James Laird Morison George Laird Morison Henderson Law and John Squires and every of you do absolutely desist and refrain from selling or disposing of any of the said sheep now or lately upon the said run in the Province of Southland aforosaid and from doing anything further in the premises until our said Court : shall make order to the contrary hereof.
