WHEEEAS an action is now pending in our Supreme Court of New Zealand at Invercargill aforesaid, between Joseph Sykes Webb, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, in New Zealand, aforesaid, Merchant, and John Blacklock, of Invercargill aforesaid, Gentleman, Plaintiffs, and G-eorge Falconer Muir, late of Invercargill alSresaid, but now of parts beyond the seas, Gentleman, Defendant.
