WHEEEAS an action is now pending in our Supreme Court of New Zealand at Invercargill aforesaid, between Joseph Sykes Webb, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, in New Zealand, aforesaid, Merchant, and John Blacklock, of Invercargill aforesaid, Gentleman, Plaintiffs, and G-eorge Falconer Muir, late of Invercargill alSresaid, but now of parts beyond the seas, Gentleman, Defendant. And, in order that the Plaintiffs may proceed in their action, we command you, and each of you, that you do retain and keep all and singular land and hereditaments, moneys, and chattels, bills, bonds, and other property of whatsoever nature in the custody or control of you, or either of you, at the time of the service of this Writ, belonging to the jgaid G-eorge falconer Muir, or to you in which the said defendant shall at that time be legally or equitably entitled or otherwise beneficially interested in, and whether solely or jointly with any other person or persons, and all debts of any kind then due by you, or either of you, to the said defendant, although the sam&or any part thereof may become due and payable on a future day. .
