"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the ■^ Waste Land Board of Otago have resolved, with the sanction of the Superintendent and Provincial Council, to sell by auction, under the powers conferred by clause 35 of the Otago Waste Lands Act, 1866, the unsold surveyed , lands within the Hundreds of Dunedin, East and West Taieri, Waihola, North and South Tokomairiro, and East and West Clutha, at the upset price of 10s per acre. The sale will commence on Tuesday, 26th March, 1867, at 12 o'clock, within the Provincial Council Hall, Government Buildings, Dunedin, and will be continued from day to day. Particulars of allotments published in the Government Gazette, can be obtained at the Waste Land Office, Dunedin, the Survey Offices at Lawrence, Clyde, and Queenstown, and at all the Post i Offices and School houses throughout the Province. ■ W.
