OTAGO. Dunedin, Peb. 21, 1867. 7277 voters in province; 1911 voted for Macandrew, 1119 for Dick. Goldfield and other returns to come in. Macandrew had a majority in Dunedin of 384. Election of Macandrew certain. Great excitement yesterday. . Governor leaves for the oountry on Saturday.
